Hardware Issues

Phone the Viglen helpline on 01727 201795. The line is open from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, except for public holidays.

Please note you can only use this helpline while your computer is under warranty; refer to the letter you received in December, which included the date when your warranty will run out.  

Internet Issues

             Please contact your Internet Service Provider directly.

• If Easynet is your Internet provider, call 0800 0532000. This line is open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
• If your Internet is supplied by Telewest/Virgin Media , visit their site for contact information.
