Hardware Issues
Phone the Viglen helpline on 01727 201795. The line is open from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, except for public holidays.
Please note you can only use this helpline while your computer is under warranty; refer to the letter you received in December, which included the date when your warranty will run out.
